Christmas Tree Take-Down, Freezer Meals, Baking, ohh MY!!!
I can't believe it's been two weeks (guess I'm failing at the weekly check-in already :( ). Well it's been busy around here, but I want to give you a recap of the highlights! First we enjoyed our Christmas tree for a few more days after Christmas with my hubby's family. But then it was time to let it go. Hubby has been working long hours, every day of the week so my teen decided he was going to take it down. His first suggestion was bringing in the chainsaw to take it down, which received a big "NO" from me ... then it was "How about the Saw-Zal" ... well, the tree came down and he hauled it all out to the burn pile! Purchasing and processing 40lbs of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts ($49.60) was also a huge task last weekend.
